Our products. Everything is 3D printed to order. That means tiny layer lines, slight color variation from screen to print, and minor differences between pieces are normal — it’s the nature of the process, not a defect. What you see in photos is representative, not a guarantee of an identical twin (which I am an expert on since I am one myself).
Pricing & payment. All prices are in USD and include free US shipping. Payment is due at checkout. We can change prices anytime, but your price is locked in once you check out.
Shipping. Orders ship within 5 business days with tracking. Delivery usually takes a few days after that, but once it leaves our hands, timing is the carrier’s department. Double-check your address at checkout — we’re not responsible for packages sent to an address you mistyped, though we’ll help however we can.
Returns & refunds. You’ve got 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition; you cover return postage, and we’ll refund the item price once it arrives back. If something arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 5 days, and we’ll replace it or refund you.
Cancellations. Changed your mind? Email us before it ships and we’ll cancel and refund you.
The fine print. Our designs are ours — please don’t reproduce them commercially. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the item. These terms are governed by Utah law. We may update this page occasionally; the version live when you ordered applies to your order.
